This beautiful microgreen is substantial and very crunchy. The rosy stems and bright floral flavor add both a tasty and spicy flair. Use instead of sliced radish anywhere you would normally use radish.
They are a great protein source and a very good source of vitamins A, B6, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
